Suggestion
A shared active transportation system needs to be established across Montco. It's more essential than ever given SEPTA's problems. Not only beneficial from a transportation standpoint, but also people's physical and mental health

Suggestion
Picking up on one of the other comments below, we need more than just ADUs. ADUs are an important tool, but alone, they are going to be insufficient to meet the scale of our housing crisis, for a variety of reasons. We need the full range of housing types.
May I suggest instead: "Build all types of housing for people of all backgrounds, incomes, ages, abilities, and needs."
If you would like to specify types, you can continue that sentence and specify ", including Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), missing middle housing, apartment buildings, and everything in between."

Suggestion
It should be more than accessory dwelling units. More missing middle types would be amazing.

Question
What are the actions planned for improving ground and surface water quality as well as protecting and retaining existing high quality groundwater and surface water?
Similarly, what are the actions planned to reduce flooding in the county as well as downstream as far as Philadelphia where all of the stormwater runoff ultimately ends up?
